“I’m not trying to end up on the cover of Injury Magazine.”  This was the quote at the beginning of a session today, while stretching out a client.

Are your workouts going to put you on the cover of “Injury Magazine”?  While doing different types of workouts to challenge your body will help you in your short term goals. What are your long term goals?  Do you want to be able to move freely at the age of 60 or do you want to feel inmobile?  Always remember what you do today will effect tomorrow or later in life.  Just monitor your workouts now and if its too much or feels like something is not right, don’t do it. 

You know your body, do the things to take care of it now, so you can continue in the long run.
