This year I am not going to make one New Years Resolution but make several throughout the year. I feel making a list of long term goals may not get accomplish and maybe overwhelming.

My first one will start January 2nd. I am going to do a smoothie and juice nutrition plan for 1-2 days just to see how long I can do it. It will consist of

Breakfast Smoothie-Chocolate, Peanut butter, banana and protein

Mid morning- Orgain Vanilla Protein shake.

Lunch: Antioxidant Protein Smoothie(blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, rasberries,spinach or greens mix).
Mid-day: NAKED Juice Berry Veggie

Dinner: Protein Shake w/higher fiber content
